We are your partner
for IP issues
We brighten up your case
BRIGHT ip lawyers is a boutique law firm that specialises in matters of intellectual property (IP). We advise and litigate for a broad range of IP rights, which range from legal cases about name or product infringement to licensing agreements and strategic IP advice for takeover processes.
Our partners
- Trademark agencies (for infringement cases involving their clients);
- Lawyers (who come up against IP issues and who lack the specialist knowledge themselves);
- Advertising agencies (for advice about corporate identity/new brands/campaigns);
- Accountancy firms (in takeover processes in which IP plays a role).
Your clients devise products and designs, are involved in sales, branding and advertising, develop innovative technologies, are creative and build up their brands and reputation. We advise and litigate about those things that make the products of your clients (or those of their competitors) unique: the brands and trademarks, the design, the technology, the creativity and the innovation.
We only do what we are good in. Issues that we are not proficient in ourselves will either be handed back to you or else we will bring in other specialists to deal with them. These days, many well-respected service providers beat a path to our door. We are not only proud of this but advise them with care too, because we are well aware that we are the extension of the service you provide. And we hope to be so for a very long time yet.
